Privacy Policy

Last updated: 20 October 2026

Webkaryo (“we”, “us”, “our”) values your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through webkaryo.com, how we use it, who we share it with, and the rights you have over it.

1. Information we collect

Account information: when you create an account we collect your name, email address, country and, optionally, phone number and business name.

Website-build inputs: the business information you enter into the build wizard (services, locations, photos, credentials, contact details) so we can generate your website.

Payment information: we use third-party payment processors. Card details go directly to those processors; we store only a payment-method reference, the amount, and the result of the transaction.

Usage and device information: we collect IP address, browser type, pages viewed and timestamps to operate, secure and improve the service. Cookies are used for authentication and analytics where enabled.

2. How we use information

  • To provide and operate the service, including generating websites from your inputs
  • To process payments, send invoices and manage your subscription
  • To send service-related communications (account, billing, technical updates)
  • To respond to support requests and improve the product
  • To detect and prevent fraud, spam and abuse
  • To comply with legal and regulatory obligations

3. How we share information

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with:

  • Service providers essential to operating the platform (hosting, payments, email delivery)
  • Payment processors required to complete transactions you initiate
  • Government bodies when required by valid legal process
  • Successor entities in the event of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets

4. Data retention

We retain account and build data for as long as your account is active. After account deletion we retain only information legally required for tax, accounting and dispute-resolution purposes.

5. Your rights

Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct, port or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Email support@webkaryo.com to exercise any right.

6. Security

We apply administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure; we encourage strong, unique passwords on your account.

7. Children

The service is not directed to children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.

8. International transfers

Our servers and service providers operate in multiple jurisdictions including India, the European Union and the United States. When personal data of EU/UK residents is transferred outside the EU/UK we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or other lawful transfer mechanisms.

9. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will post the new version on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated policy.
